absolutely unbelievable! staying three nights in a so-called apartment where the shower floods? charming. and don’t even get me started on the sofa bed, that felt like a single hospital bed. I expected some complimentary touches for my discomfort, but guess not. almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t. really disappointed!

The location's proximity to train and tram stops made it easy to explore the area. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, making it suitable for a comfortable stay.

The shower flooded the bathroom, and the room size fell short of expectations. The bed, made from two singles, was uncomfortably soft and squeaked continuously. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with no service one day and a confusing special housekeeping on another. The balcony was dirty and unusable.

We stayed in a smashing one-bedroom apartment, loved the view over the city! The staff were pure brilliant, always helpful. Only downside was the bathroom, could use a wee bit of reno. a braw spot for a getaway.

We had a fab time! The location was just perfect, so many cafes and bars just a skip away. The room was bright and warm, loved the full-length mirror! Just wish the shower had a bit better pressure, but it didn't ruin our stay at all. Plus, easy access to IGA was a big help for snacks!

my stay at the punthill was quite impressive! the one bedroom apartment had a great layout and decent amenities like a fridge and washer. i loved the quiet nights, which made it easy to relax after my day out in the city.
